1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") govern the relationship between bailastudio (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "bailastudio") and our customers (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "Subscribers") regarding the subscriptions to our dance classes.

2. Payment Options

We offer several payment options for our dance classes:

1. Subscriptions: By purchasing a subscription, you gain access to regular dance classes according to the chosen subscription plan. The exact details of the subscription, including the number of classes, schedules, and the type of classes offered, are provided on our website or directly upon registration.

2. 10 Class Pass: This option allows you to purchase a pass valid for 10 classes. You can use these classes for any eligible dance classes within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

3. Single Class Pass: For those who prefer flexibility, we offer the option to purchase a pass for a single class.

4. Course Block Flat Fees: For certain courses, we offer a flat fee for a block of classes. The details of these course blocks, including the number of classes and the duration, are specified at the time of purchase.

The terms of use, validity, and any restrictions specific to each payment option are provided on our website and/or at the time of purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms associated with the chosen payment option.

Payment for all options is made in advance and is due at the time of purchase. Details regarding the payment method are provided during the checkout process.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for the subscription is made in advance and is due at the beginning of the subscription period. Details regarding the payment method and due dates are provided upon purchasing the subscription. We reserve the right to change our prices with a notice period of at least 30 days.

4. Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your subscription, you must notify us via email at dance@baila.studio. The cancellation must include your name and email address to allow clear identification.

Notice Period: The notice period for cancellation is one month to the end of the month. This means that your cancellation must be received by us before the end of the preceding month to take effect in the following month.

Refunds: Subscription fees already paid are not refundable in the event of cancellation.

5. Holiday Policy

bailastudio reserves the right to take up to four weeks of holiday per year. During this time, no regular dance classes will be offered. Your subscription will continue during this period, and there is no right to cancellation or refund due to the holiday break.

6. Changes to the T&Cs

We reserve the right to change these T&Cs at any time. Changes become effective 14 days after their publication on our website. If you do not agree to the changed terms, you have the right to cancel your subscription. The continued use of our services after the changes come into effect constitutes agreement to the changed terms.

7. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. By agreeing to these T&Cs, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided in our dance classes, including but not limited to choreographies, teaching methods, and music selections, is the intellectual property of bailastudio or used with permission. Recording or sharing of class content is strictly prohibited without our express written consent.

9. Liability

bailastudio is not liable for any injuries that may occur during dance classes. Participants are responsible for their own physical well-being and should inform the instructor of any health conditions that may affect their ability to participate.

10. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government orders), bailastudio reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel classes without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements where possible.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these T&Cs will be resolved through mediation before resorting to legal proceedings. The laws of Germany shall govern these T&Cs.

14. Language

These T&Cs are provided in both English and German. In case of any discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.

15. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these T&Cs be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These T&Cs and the relationship between you and bailastudio are exclusively subject to the laws of the German state.
